What you can hand me

Shopify backend and integrations Inventory, purchase orders, QuickBooks, 3PL and marketplace sync. The parts a theme can't do.
AI features inside the client's business Product descriptions written from catalogue data, catalogue matching, assistants that answer from the client's own documents.
Internal tools and dashboards One screen for sales, stock and ad spend, or a tool that replaces a spreadsheet someone updates by hand.
Slow or expensive infrastructure Finding why a site costs too much to run or falls over, and fixing the cause.
A technical second opinion before you quote So you don't sell a project that turns out to be three times the size.

What I don't do: design, branding, ads, SEO or content. That's your side, and I won't compete with it.

Two ways to work together

Most agencies choose this

Resell it (white-label)

You sell the project and invoice your client.
I work as your subcontractor, under your brand.
You get a partner price 20% below my direct price, fixed before you quote, so your margin is known.
I don't contact your client unless you ask me to.

Refer the client

You introduce the client. I scope, sell and deliver.
You get 10% of the first project, paid once the client has paid me.
Good when you'd rather not manage a technical project.

How a project runs

A partner call, 30 minutes

We talk about your clients and where technical work gets stuck. No pitch.
You bring a client problem

I scope it, with or without the client on a call. You get a fixed price and a timeline to put in your proposal.
I build it

Weekly updates to you, and a working version you can show the client before handover.
Handover and support

Code, access and a short guide go to you or the client. Ongoing support is optional, and you can resell it too.

The rules I keep

I never pitch your clients or take them on directly.
NDA before you share anything, if you want one.
Your brand, your client communication. If the client wants to meet the engineer, I join as part of your team.
If I'm not the right person for a job, I say so before you quote it.

Who I am

Twelve years as a software engineer across e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech and manufacturing. Co-founder and sole engineer of an AI startup through Techstars Miami '22, backed by J.P. Morgan. I've built complete platforms on my own, so one person covers the whole technical side of your client's project.

Based in Ukraine. I work in English, during US mornings and the full UK working day.
